"The RecruiterGuy rocks! Bill Humbert is an engaging and knowledgeable speaker who has presented three of our series of Smart Practices webinars for recruiting, staffing and human resources professionals. He has addressed vital topics for a diverse audience with practical, "how to" information, often using stories from his own experience to illustrate a point or share insights on how to overcome challenges in an ever-changing, dynamic recruitment landscape.
I have also personally worked with Bill for more than 20 years. So not only can I recommend him as an expert industry speaker, I've purchased his book for job seekers to give to a few of my friends, and shared his video interviews with people who want to learn how they can make their resume stand out from the crowd and land the job they want.
Bill's ethics and personality shine throughout his content and delivery, and his sense of humor adds just the right touch of levity to his straight-forward presentation of the subject matter. Bill's friendly and personal style have made him a popular speaker with our audience, the last webinar drew an exceptionally high turnout."

"Bill successfully led recruiting efforts to rebuild a staff of over 100 from scratch in under a year after a departmental relocation at MCI. His professionalism and results were of such quality that I was very happy to hire him again when I needed to augment my staff at Telegroup. Bill is a very capable recruiter and consummate professional. I hope to work with him again in the future."

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Bill Humbert for the past 25 years, as a friend, school foundation board member, and as a trusted career coach. Bill has consistently provided feedback that is honest, timely, upbeat and up to date with the needs of business. His follow up is tremendous and as any good coach would do, giving you tips, advice, next steps that really work.
Over the past 13 years I have had the sincere pleasure of working with Bill at two times in my career search. One thing that sets him apart is he doesn’t simply give “canned” advice that comes from a text book. He listens, asks questions, tries to understand what you are looking for then, formulates his advice. Little things that make a difference and sets you apart from the hundreds of other people looking for the same opportunity.
In each case, his advice rang true and was a key element in getting my foot in the door for an interview. Speaking from personal experience, I have trusted Bill’s advice in my career moves and would highly recommend others do the same.
