According to The Verge, the lawsuit, filed this week in Central California District Court, alleges that former CFO Stefan Krause and ex-CTO Ulrich Kranz, co-founders of secretive electric car startup Evelozcity, pursued theft of intellectual property and poaching of least 20 ex-Faraday Future employees.
Another claim belongs to Faraday Future’s former vehicle manufacturing head, Bill Strickland, and former employees Christoph Kuttner and Sohel Merchant’s alleged involvement in stealing thousands of documents from Faraday Future’s computers, containing trade secrets, finances, vendor information, and other confidential items.
