Georges Kern, Richemont Head of Watchmaking, Leaves, Said To Head To Breitling 960 677 C-Suite Network

Luxury brand group Richemont, which owns more than a dozen top luxury watch brands including Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, IWC Schaffhausen, Vacheron Constantin, and others has announced that long-time Richemont veteran Georges Kern has resigned. Word has it that he is planning to head up Breitling, which was recently sold to CVC Capital Partners. Kern had been with Richemont for nearly two decades and recently had been moved from heading up the IWC Schaffhausen brand to Group Head of Watchmaking.
