Don Ganguly is the founder and chief executive officer of HomeUnion, an online real estate investment management firm specializing in single-family rental (SFR) investment properties for the individual investor.
Don is an entrepreneur and expert in the acquisition and management of the residential real estate. He was the founder and chief executive officer of what is now Oracle Financial Services BPO (originally Equinox), a subsidiary of Oracle, that provides loan processing, servicing and back-office financial reporting services for banks and large private equity investors.
In addition to serving as an advisor to Acqura Loan Services, a special servicer of distressed residential loans, now owned by Apollo Funds, Don was also co-founder of NexGenix, a leading IT services (eCRM focus) firm. NexGenix was recognized twice as an Inc. 500 company and was acquired by TCG, a private equity firm.
Don has a degree in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he has been a mentor. He is a charter member of TiE- a leading entrepreneurial organization. Don has been recognized for his leadership in the real estate sector; he was a recipient of the 2015 HousingWire Vanguard Award, which recognizes executives leading the housing economy.
