Dave interviews Gary Scott is president of Long & Foster Real Estate, the Mid-Atlantic’s No. 1 real estate firm. Scott entered the business as an agent with B. Gary Scott Realtors in 1986. In the 1990s, he moved to Patterson Schwartz, where he moved into the C-Suite and served as general manager for five years. After relocating to Charlotte, N.C., Scott joined Allen Tate Company’s C-Suite leadership team. He worked there for several years, before taking his current position in 2010.
