ABOUT JOEL: Joel Bryant is a former award-winning Corporate Trainer and University Lecturer. He quit his job, however, in October of 2000 to follow his dreams of becoming a writer. En route, he had his car repossessed and became homeless one week after 9/11.

Thanks to his second book, however, Work, Why? Diary of a Dreamer (The Anatomy of Greatness), which won a $10,000 award in 2002, he was able to secure shelter and continue pursuing his dream. Since then, he has gone from being branded “Nobody” by some to being seen as the Voice of Greatness by many. Joel applied his passion for greatness while lecturing in the Philosophy Department at UNC-Charlotte where he spent five years changing students’ lives (enduring en route the untimely death of his wife at a movie theater in November of 2014).

Joel is a prolific author and passionate speaker. In fact, he has published 33 books in the last 15 years, each of which examines themes of change, growth, and greatness.

His latest book, “The New Being: Preparing for the Emergence of a New Humanity” (January 2021) is destined to change the cultural conversation concerning human nature and the human condition, disrupting also our systems and the assumptions that sanction them.
